Terms of Service
Terms governing use of this website and the StealerHunt platform.
This document is a structured placeholder and should be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before being relied upon.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using the StealerHunt platform you agree to these terms. Platform subscribers are additionally bound by the services agreement and order form concluded with StealerHunt; where the two conflict, the services agreement prevails.
Service Description
StealerHunt provides breach intelligence services: detection, classification and prioritization of exposed credentials and related breach data relevant to a customer's assets. The service surfaces intelligence to support security operations; it does not guarantee detection of all exposures and does not replace a customer's own security controls.
Accounts & Security
Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, enabling available security controls (including multi-factor authentication), and ensuring only authorized personnel access the platform. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
Intellectual Property
The platform, website, documentation and StealerHunt branding remain the property of StealerHunt. Customers retain rights in their own data. Reports generated for a customer may be used internally and shared with the customer's auditors and regulators; public disclosure of platform content requires prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Breach intelligence is derived from external sources of varying reliability; StealerHunt does not warrant completeness or accuracy of any individual finding, and findings do not constitute legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
Liability caps and exclusions applicable to website visitors and platform customers will be finalized with legal counsel and published here. For subscribers, the negotiated services agreement governs.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practicable. Customers may terminate per their services agreement.
Governing Law & Changes
Governing law and venue will be specified after legal review. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
